At Deep South 3D Printing Supplies Pty Ltd, we aim to get your 3D printing gear to you as safely and quickly as possible. We have partnered with Bobgo to provide a streamlined shipping experience across South Africa.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to any valid physical address within the borders of South Africa.

Note: We do not currently ship to international addresses or informal settlements where courier access is restricted.

2. Shipping Costs & Tracking

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions, weight, and destination of your order.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via the Bobgo platform, allowing you to monitor your package from our door to yours.

3. Timelines

In-Stock Items: Orders are generally dispatched within 3 to 5 business days following payment clearance.

Special Imports/Out-of-Stock: If an item is marked as "Backorder" or is out of stock, shipping may take up to 2 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout this process.

4. Local Collection (Cape Town)

If you are local to the "Deep South," you may select the "Collection" option at checkout.

Process: As we do not hold all items in physical stock at this location, please wait for a "Ready for Collection" notification before heading our way.

5. Risk and Responsibility

Risk passes to the Customer once the product is handed to the courier facilitated by Bobgo.
