4. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

Delivery is facilitated by Bobgo. Risk passes to the Customer once the product is handed to the courier.

• Inspection: Customers must inspect products on delivery and notify us of any damage or errors within 48 hours.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND RISK

• Cooling-off Period: In line with the ECT Act, a 7-day cooling-off period applies to standard goods in original condition.
• Fees: Approved returns or cancellations (where Deep South 3D is not at fault) attract a 15% administration and re-stocking fee.
• Consumables: We cannot accept returns on opened filament or resin unless the product is proven defective.

6. WARRANTIES AND SPARES

Deep South 3D warrants products against manufacturing defects for 6 months from delivery, with the following component-specific exceptions:

• 90-Day Warranty: Heating rods, thermal sensors, heat beds, cooling fans, and circuit boards.
• 3-Month Warranty: FDM Extruders.
• Exclusions: Damage from power surges (load shedding), lightning, or "user error" during assembly/operation. Warranty is void if unauthorized firmware is used or if the printer exceeds 400 working hours within the warranty period.
